• Ashley Holmes does not guarantee conception, pregnancy, fertility outcomes, healing outcomes, or specific personal results.

4. Payment Terms

All prices listed on this website are in the applicable currency stated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing through a payment plan arrangement.

By purchasing a service or program, you authorize payment collection through the selected payment provider.

Failure to complete payment instalments may result in suspension or termination of access to services, content, or coaching support.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, coaching services, energetic work, and time-based sessions, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed coaching sessions

• Digital products or downloadable resources

• Completed services

• Change of mind

• Failure to implement recommendations or attend sessions​

If an emergency arises, rescheduling may be offered at Ashley Holmes’ discretion with reasonable notice.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in termination of the coaching relationship.

Ashley Holmes reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
